Yorkshire Day 2019 has finally arrived, held on August 1 every year to celebrate the culture of the wonderful county of Yorkshire.

How do you celebrate Yorkshire Day?

Some ways to participate include eating Yorkshire puddings or black puddings, partaking in Yorkshire arts such as watching an episode of soap opera Emmerdale or classic sitcom The Last of the Summer Wine.
Alternatively, get your whippets out and flat caps on and show your regional pride.
Drink some Yorkshire tea, down Yorkshire beer, roam the Yorkshire moors, read a book by the Bronte sisters and get Yorkshired *not a word*.

What else can you think of Wise Owl ?
