How can I get rid of XP and reset to fat32 and win98? Help

Hi Haydn

If you had XP installed over another operating system you can remove XP and put the computer back to it's original state but only if it was an upgrade, If it was a full Install of XP then you will have completely remove XP and start with a new installation ie, Windows 98. If you just want to go back because you want FAT32 then I think the program Partition Magic will do this for you. Windows XP does run in FAT32 as well as NTFS, the latter is meant to be more stable. If I can help anymore let me know.

You could re-install XP in fat32 or Ntfs format if you wanted to, but what's the problem with your present XP Haydn ?
