Window feeders

Does anyone use window feeders. Bought a couple of PI cage window feeders today to try. Do you use them with maggots/casters and then plug the window or can you use them just with ground bait.

I’ve used them a bit. Generally as you say filled with particles and plugged with groundbait but sometimes with a mixed of the lot inside them. Just have to have the groundbait a little drier for the latter.
