Hi everyone,
I managed to get out for a spot of fishing tonight with my youngest son David (I promised we'd go before our holiday to Ireland on Saturday).
We arrived at Wiganthorpe a little after 6pm and I got David settled on the jetty (the spot where he thrashed me at the end of last year... bless him).
I moved a little further round the pond and picked a spot which looked promising.
After several catches David started eyeing up my swim .... bless him...OK I said we'll swap places..
Here's a couple of pics from the swim.

A little while after moving to the jetty I decided to change from the float to leger and was rewarded with this Bream.
Not long after landing the Bream (and several shouts from David ...I'VE GOT ANOTHER ONE DAD ! ), David had relocated on the jetty just behind me .... are all kids so noisy ? [

Well the evening was drawing near and just as I began packing my gear away I landed this little fella..
and that's just about it .... a nice selction for 3 hous fishing.
