What would you use these for?

Here are four random bits of 'tackle' that I've acquired.

So starting from left to right. Number 1 looks like a drill (for boilies?)
Number 2 looks like some kind of file?
Number 3 has a little clip on the side that looks like it would cut through line?
Number 4 is sharp and pokey but can't work out a use for it?

Edit - I think number 1 is part of a cork and drill set as I have peices of cork the same size.

1 Boilie drill for adding cork to make bouyant
2 Hook sharpening file
3 Braid coating stripper
4 For chod rigs and unpicking tight tied knots and loops etc.

No idea when I'd use most of them (never used a chod rig as don't do much of that kind of fishing) but nice tools to have.

It's quite a big drill for a boilie so imagine you have to be using some quite big ones for it to work.
