What is this fish!

Fishing yesterday my mate caught the below fish. As you can see picture one shows the fish on its own and the second picture shows it with a 1.5 lb bream and a small roach. Pictures don't do it justice to be honest, it had a distinct golden colour that I've never seen in a roach before. Is it a Bream Roach hybrid?

Looks like a bream roach hybrid where the bream is the male parent - possibly a bream rudd, - but it has a deformed face, so difficult to be certain. Definately NOT and ide as ide have a much smaller anal fin similar to that of a roach or rudd
