im off to west pitt farm in two weeks time for a weeks fishing anyone been or heard anything about the waters, baits or hot pegs etc ?

Top place...fairly easy fishing...7 of us went at the end of June. Had almost 3,000lb of fish between us over the week. Top bags nearing 200lb every day. Mainly carp up to 11lb fishing dog biscuit on the top. 4 very different waters within the complex, from small very shallow pond near to the accomodation to the bigger lakeat the bottom.

Can you fish it on a day ticket?

Yes, you can fish 3 of the 4 lakes on day ticket. The top, farmyard pond is reseved for residents. There's a small car park with a wooden hut and instructions inside on how to leave your money.
