Vets canal matches midweek

Can anyone help, looking for midweek vets canal matches I live in coventry so prepared to travel as far as Leicester or northampton areas

Doessent anyone fish canal anymore , anything around mkt harborough area even if it means joining a local club ?

Most Midlands vets matches will be on commercial venues i.e. Tunnel, Packington etc , based on facilities, parking behind pegs,platforms to fish from etc

No idea about matches sorry but some lovely canal I used to fish around Rowington and Lapworth. Lapworth had my favourite peg.

Do you have to be a vet to fish these or can you work in the NHS and fish , it amazes me how you can get a match with enough anglers who are vets although I do now they have army matches .
