URGENT..The forum's being sent as email !!

Does anybody know why the whole 'Fishing Talk' forum is being sent to my email address ??? had to delete 'LOADS'.....HELP STOP THIS...[][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][]

Have you subscribed to the fishing talk forum, you get notified when someone leaves a post, un subscribe,[]

When you've clicked on the one arrowed click the "unsubscribe" button & it will stop you getting the "posts made" mail.
