Well, got the day off work today to attend a computer Course at Swanea University. (Access Data Bases - how boring)

What should I do?

1. Be conscientious and go and study hard.
2. Be a real student, go to the corner shop, buy some beer, get sozzled and skip my tutorials.

The difficult problems life poses.

Dave - access to MySql: basically just use the Import Data Wizard. Additional detail at

The only advice I can offer as student of some 6 years is to go to lectures at the start of the term, get the relevant info to complete your assignments and then spend the rest of the time fishing (researching in academic terms) If you can get them to pay you, even better! You can spend the day writing angling reports and reviews for different web sites while they pick up the tab. Most universities have computer suites so just book one and then relax. If you get a qualification at the end of it.. all the better.
Good luck
