The Gov rule on travel in general from the 29th March is 'minimise travel' , what that means in relation to fishing hasn't been clarified yet.

From what else is likely allowed from that date I think it’s fairly clear that you’ll be able to move around your local area freely you just shouldn’t go on full on road trips.
