Tracking Number starting UQ

Bought a fishing rod off a well known ebay seller Thursday and the ebay status soon showed a tracking number has been provided.

Can't find any trace of a courier that uses UQ as the first 2 letters in their tracking numbers, and when clicking on the number it gives no information at all?

Any ideas? Be nice to know who's delivering it and when. Have messaged the seller but had no reply.
