Luscious lady friend's 60th yesterday so I served up a four courser for her as she likes her grub.
Started with scallops pan fried with ginger and spring onion
Moved on to prosciutti and cheese stuffed ravioli drizzled with truffle oil.
Then duck breast with a pomegranate and orange glaze, celeriac and potato mash, carrots and asparagus.
Finally lemon infused creme caramel.
