Hello. Just wondering if this is allowed or not.

I see a personal trainer in their back garden shed. She has been getting some animosity from her neighbours even though she’s been through the planning office and she’s been told their is no requirement for planning permission.

Anyhoo. On Saturday we move into a Tier 2 category so I was wondering if she was able to come and train me at my house. Obviously social distancing will be observed it has since I’ve started seeing her again. I’m not sure what the rules are about having hairdressers, boiler servicing etc are under the bee rules. I can’t find anything that spells it out. I can still go and see my sports masseuse as all PPE etc is used.

Seems clear to me that you can only exercise outdoors. Garden would be fine, in the house not.

  • you must not socialise with anybody outside of your household or support bubble in any indoor setting, whether at home or in a public place
  • exercise classes and organised sport can continue to take place outdoors. These will only be permitted indoors if it is possible for people to avoid mixing with people they do not live with or share a support bubble with, or for youth or disability sport

You say it’s clear until the second bullet point says. Indoors is permitted if you can avoid mixing.

So my understanding would be that unless you live with them or they are in your support bubble, then no.

Will have to do it remotely via zoom in that case.

Yes she’s cycled from Derby to Paris for charity last year ....... oh the other kind of fit. She’s 24 mad as a hatter, an animal lover, and looks good in Lycra that’s all I will say.

No euphemism lol. She left the gym where we used to train. She’s branching out on her own and growing her own business. Like everyone self employed it’s hard going. Mrs C sees her as well on a different night. We saw her first and I was seeing a guy who half the time never showed up. When he left it was logical to train with the same trainer Mrs C was with ethos etc.
