That looks exactly like a Shakespeare Match International rod connected to the CFM.

Still got a mint 12' match international. Wicker creels, two rods, no such thing as a pole and round green Pegley-Davis maggot tins - oh the memories!!

The 12' match international rod was the first 'light' match rod I owned. My previous match rod was a 14ft Milbro Enterprise endorsed by Billy Lane which weighed a ton compared to the Shakespeare Team England Match International rod.
I caught my very first 2lb Roach from our estate lake back in 1978 using it with a 1lb hooklength.
