'T' Shirt Competition Winner

After much deliberation by the judge (my missus) we can now present the winners for the Maggotdrowning T Shirt design. I say winners 'cause there were two who came up with the slogan.

And they are Peter & Tim

Small query, for the computer thickos like me, shouldn't it read Im hooked on W.W.W.Maggotdrowning.com? To make sure people find the site?

The www bit isn't important thats just a bit of machine code that shows the site has a redirect from/to the server which the site is stored on .

It doesn't matter whether you use the www or not in our case as the domain is directly addressed. It's one of the advantages of a dot com domain if set up correctly, try it and see.

Type just maggotdrowning.com into your browser and you'll come to the site

Also try www.maggotdrowning.com and www.maggotdrowning.co.uk and maggotdrowning.co.uk and .... lol

Am I speaking or writing in English here? or has Waxis welsh accent affected me?
AND if they dont realise it is a website, they wont type ANYTHING in anywhere and therefore not visit us!, but as I said, I only arsked!

I get asked occasionally about the site name mainly from non-anglers "Maggot Drowning?? Whats that about??" so I 'spose to non webbies ".com?? whats that about??"

I agree with zippy. Don't forget you lot are computer boys. I will tell you for sure that many people who have just started using the web will NOT realize. Any many are in that boat. Go on, make it easy for them, add the three 'double yous'.
