Seen this advertised as a clip-on above your float product that slides up and locks on accurate depth.
Supposed to be used by Alan Scotthorne.
Anyone knows if it works?, Can't yet find it in local Tackle shops.

hi ziptrev
what i use is a wine cork make hole in cork
top and bottom with screwdriver feed a cotton bud (take cotton off first)through
holes then when on lake or river feed line through the cotton bud
tie plummet to end of line cast out wait for plummet to hit bottom
hold rod at eleven o clock cork will stay on line to give you right depth
to release cork just lower rod done in one

Thanks Scouse, but I,m a bit thick!
Can you reel line in and have cork stay at correct depth for you to measure it agains your rod?
Also, with this new gizmo, you are supposed to be able to tackle up with everything except the required shot and then remove the plummet and sliding 'Swap-Lok'and get going straightaway!
Or do you reckon it is another gimmick like the Ultrabite liquid?
Cheers
