Had a minor problem with my "Okuma Powerliners" sent them back as advised received two new reels and a free "Prologic" day bag for my trouble. Well done that company!

Me too Don i snapped the winder handle spindle on an undertaker. Emailed svendsen and 2 days later got a new spindle handle and all accessories absolutely no quibble whatsoever. Just proves what a great choice Okuma was.

Ady all my reels bar three, two which are Wychwood Equinox Big Pits and the other a Daiwa closed face have been Shimanos of which I have six. Great reels no problems but getting more and more pricey. I heard so many people raving about Okuma that I decide to give them a go and sods law I got two that had niggly little faults but the after sales service was second to none.

Customer service is half what we pay for and on a great value reel like okuma better value still.And whats more it has encouraged me to buy more of their products.
