not fished the strip for 5 years whats the method to fish , fish size, baits etc, all advise welcome

Our match on Sunday was won on the low numbers side with 63lb on paste at 7m.Worm and castor was the prefered method for most snd paid dividends. I was on peg 22 and should have stuck to paste but messed about trying to catch on other baits and lines. As I always say, matches are won by those who make the right decisions at the right time cos we all know how to fish.
