Oh alright then,
What you need is a tray,(a cat litter box(empty)is ideal)a riddle, kitchentowel,a plant spray and some Horlicks or Sensas Sticky Mag.
Riddle off all the maize flour or what ever medium you have kept the maggots in,then rinse them whilst still in the riddle, tip into the tray and then remove any excess water by patting with the kitchen towel.Sprinkle with the Horlicks/sticky Mag and dampen with the plant spray, while stirring the maggots with your fingers.Use as little water as you can,it's very easy to overdo it.
You should find that you can take a pinch of maggots and roll them into a ball, thats the theory but practice makes perfect.

Hi there,
As with every other aspect of fishing, there are specially designed products on the market and sticky mag is no exception. Try to avoid the special purpose powders that some manufacturers have brought out as they are too fine and do not hold the bait together.
You need to buy one large jar of Horlicks but if you intend to put sticky mag through an open end feeder you will need to buy some small cage feeders to do the job properly. The smaller the better as you will get through about 6 pints of maggots if you fish the method correctly. Riddle the maize off the bait and put the maggots in a drennan three pint bait box. Do not add water as the sweat from the maggots will cause the Horlicks to bind them together once sprinkled over the top. Leve for about ten minutes and they should be right. When you start running low on bait, start to prepare the next batch rather than run out and not have any feed going in. The best set up is to use .20 (6lb) Maxima and a free running feeder stopped with a swivel. Use short hooklengths of about .018 and size 14 to 12 hooks. It is best to fish with bunches of maggots as hook bait. Try putting five maggots on the hook but hook the first four through the pointed end and the last one through the thick end. You expose more of the hook that way. Beware, the bites can be savage when the carp arrive.

TIP
Take some maize with you, so when you ball your stickies just put a tiny bit of maize on your hands. This stops them sticking to your hands when chucking them in.
