On the back of the species you haven’t caught thread, which species have you caught the most of?

For me it’s probably neck and neck between Gudgeon and Carp.

At a guess I should think roach. Carp will be an easy second place. But with all the years fishing before commercials plus my Winter forays onto canal and river I should think roach lead the way.

Small roach, rudd and roach/rudd hybrids. I've caught thousands of them.

Without a doubt Carp, due to Match fishing. But if not in matches it would be Barbel.

Thousands of roach over the years but the most, that I have fished specifically for, are Trout.

Mainly because I have fly fished for many years.

I reckon skimmers & roach, no matter where I fish skimmers just seem to follow me round...
I'd also probably think brown trout would be quite high on the list
