I'm after a cheapish sounder / extension box for my Fox Micron bite alarms but was wondering does it have to be made by Fox or would any companies be compatible?
Any ideas? [?]

Or if anybody has any spare that they wanna get rid of then i'll take them off their hands at the right price. [;)] [:D] PM me if so.

There are always sounder boxes being sold on the carp forums.Just be careful as I think fox use 2.5mm jack plugs and some of the others use 3.5mm.Other than that you should be perfectly ok with any make of sounder box.
You should be able to pick up a fox one fairly cheap I would have thought as most people now use the wireles ones.

I checked the completed listing on ebay.
You can get the XB1 box and leads for well under 20, one went for 13 + P&P

Cheers for the quick reply lads. I was watching an XB 4 with 3 leads that finished yesterday. It went for 18 plus 2 p&p. Which is a bargain.
But guess what? I was fishing instead & missed it. And i blanked & got wet through.

I'll keep my eyes open on Ebay as well as the 'For Sale' sections on the various forums.

Thanks again.
