Hi scoues_carper and welcome to the forums

to add a picture, click the picture icon on the 'Format' line when you post a message, you will see this code (img) (/img)
In between the two brackets put the link to the picture as so:

(img)http://animatedgif.net/animals/wateranimals/acfishy_e0.gif(/img)

and you will see your picture once posted.

Use the 'Preview' button on your post to check it prior to Posting icon_smile_big.gif
