which area would be more helpful mate, i have info at the start of the canal ellesemere port and upto mollington in chester, they are the stretches i fish. around pretty bridge at backford is usually pretty good fishing, some big carp along there and plenty of roach, perch & skimmers. not so many gudgeon these days though.
