Let me start by saying I normally can't wear sunglasses as they get on my nerves after a while and invariably start to hurt behind the ears. However, these are excellent, very lightweight with amber lenses and so comfortable I forget they are on. Great!

Which model Nick? I'm looking for some myself. Are they polarised and if so are they effective?

They were shimano exage polarised sunglasses and I paid 19.99 from Reel-deal tackle off ebay.
Highly recommended.
