After all the hype about the famous Melton Mowbray pork pies, generously supplied by Scribe, we've heard nothing about how the pies stacked up against their rivals What did the winners, and I know there was at least one pie connie sewer amongst them, think of said pies?

A good quality pork pie is a thing of beauty to be savoured, veggies don`t know what they are missing.

Some people find them a bit to peppery for their taste, not me though. Bit of bad planning on my part for the match as I didn't end up with one.

Nowt better than a nice pork pie, another Yorkshire pie that teks sum likin are the ones from Turners butchers in Rillington village located on the A64 between Malton and Scarbro, in fact everything they sell is top quality.
