try http://www.sfca.co.uk/

Dundee aint the greatest place for coarse fishing, but, Glenesk caravan park near dundee, no more info, sorry- has a carp pond and Kingennie trout fishery has a mixed coarse fishery - good i'm told.
Forfar Loch is Good Piking. But best to spin in summer to avoid deep hooking. I say that as its mainly trout orientated and any dead pike will never be replaced.

sorry winter only for piking on forfar.
Many other lochs do offer pike fishing. Ask locally. try Dundee tackle shops on a web search

I would just like to add, dont be tempted to fish anywhere you arent supposed to.

They still hang coarse fishermen in Scotland if caught on The Lairds Water...........................[:0][;)]
