Can anyone advise on the reports I have heard over the Kegworth section of the Soar? and the lake, Crystal?
Is it really producing bags of 100 lb and would these be chub?

Thanks

Sorry for not replying top this for so long mate. Can not say ive heard of place called crystal lakes. Kegworth section of the Soar was very good but not fished it for years, Won quite a few matchs there to. Which side of the at Kegworth do you want to know about. Longeaton Vic have the Horse shoe field (boat yard side) but it is day ticket. The other side was run by Loneaton Fed and belive it still is, but is not day ticket. There use to be some big carp in under the road bridge about ten years ago. Plus some Monster Chub have some pic's some where of some good bags of chub. If you want any more info send us an email. Ill ask about for the lake.
