Hi Dave,

When a PM message is sent without a Subject in the Subject: field you will be prompted to return to the PM to add a subject before sending.
You will receive this message:

There has been a problem!
You must post a subject!

Go back to correct the problem

You should find that the message is still in the Message: field.
If it is missing it could well be to do with the way that the AOL Browser handles Javascript which is the language that is telling your browser to go back to the previous page.

Can you let me know if the field is empty when you use the link.

Also try using your browser's 'Back' button rather than the page's link: Go back to correct the problem and see if it makes a difference.

Thanks, Dave

Hi Dave,

I think it is an AOL browser issue not remembering the previous info, can anyone else with AOL give it a go and let me know what happens.
If it is the same I'll see if I can work a way around it,

Cheers, Dave

Dave

Hi Dave, when i tried it, and clicked to go back on the forum, it cleared the post like Dave/scouse said,
if i used aol's back button it returned ok, and after that it would return ok using the sites return thingy. does that make sense,

teepee.
