Preston Shuttle 4 Wheel Conversion Issue

Guys, anyone had this issue?

With just the 2 wheels on the shuttle, the footplate on the seat box opens up fully so carryall and other bits will fit on.
Now with the extra 2 wheels at the rear of the shuttle, the footplate opens only 50% of the way before hitting the wheels.
This now restricts loading capacity and options. A bit of a nuisance really.
The seatbox is an Inception SL30 but not sure if that’s significant.
Any ideas?

I already have these fitted. It's the footplate which is the problem when you extend it out to store gear on it.
