Does anyone know a contact number for Preston Innovations??

I've just bought 4 packs of Hollo in 9H, 11H x2 and 13H

On opening the 11H I noticed that both packs contained a different diameter of elastic, both are red but one is approx 1mm larger in cross sectional diameter.

Now I have no confidence in the other 2 packets - I've never used hollo before and wondered if this was commonplace or a genuine quality error at Prestons.

I'm sure I'll get it resolved but have a feeling, even if I contact them, I will be told to go through the tackle shop (luckily these weren't bought from Ebay!

So, does anyone have a contact number for Preston Innovations?

They seem to have removed the contact numbers from the website, but if you go to one of the stickys in this section, all the tackle manufacturers contact details are listed. I have always had good support from Preston on a variety of items.
On a separate note I have used Preston hollow elastic for a few years now and it has been fine.

Go back to the tackle shop &complain to them first they should be your first line of attack let them contact preston for you.

Have contacted both Prestons and Tackle shop.

Prestons were really helpful and advised to return the elastic for inspection.

Fortuneately my local tackle shop is expecting the Rep in today so by end of today it should be sorted.

Prestons are happy for the rep to now deal with it.

FYI the red in question was the same external diameter as a 15H.

Rep says I'll be receiving replacement elastic next week

UPDATE

I am now in the possession of 4 new packets of Prestons Hollo.

Preston have replaced all the elastic I had an issue with.

Elastic was handed to the Rep on Friday and today (Tuesday) I have my replacements.

Preston get my thumbs up!!![:T]
