Pole rigs edge and open water

If you were fishing the edge and open water with banded pellet in 4ft of water in front of you want two floats would you use in each situation?

Floats are really a personal choice, thing you need to keep in mind is the weight and types of bait you are going to use.
More important is you can see bites clearly and basically read what the float is doing. And that will take time.

Edge, depending on depth
