Pole Holdall

I suspect that this has been asked many times before, but here goes again. I need a pole holdall for a 13m pole. Specifications are as follows:

Price: 30 - 60.
Must open up fully so that it lies flat.
Elastic loops inside to hold sections.
External pockets for umbrella and bank sticks.

Any suggestions from members that already have this type of holdall would be much appreciated.
