Hi guys.
As we are currently browsing the property listings for our return to the UK in a few years time, we noticed a nice looking property with planning permission for a barn conversion.
It has a ref number of SHDC Ref: H09-1116-03, how can I see what they have given permission to build?
(The house will be long gone by the time we actually move home but its good to know for the future)
Thanks fellas

The permission seems to be 15yrs old would this cause an issue if conversion has not started?

If it's 15 years old and the work has not been started I'd double-check with the SHDC to see if the application is still valid.
More likely than not a new application would be required.

Plans were submitted in 2012 however the application was passed in 2003/4 and there is a 5 year expiration period...

Just finished on a house that had planning granted 30 years ago , they had put a concrete base in then stopped work for whatever reason but because it had been started planning stood.
