Has anyone fished with peas before? I have on a 'natural' farm pond but I'm contemplating using them on the cut. It just happens that Aldi is located next door to our local stretch so I was going to prebait with them once or twice a week over winter whilst the bank is empty, probably add a bit of corn too to keep Brian the Bream happy.

Neither have I. I know they take colour/flavour very well though. Just might try them sometime this winter and see what happens now my curiosity has been perked.

Cod love them I have caught several cod in years gone by full of pea's mind you that was from the sea behind Birds Eye Walls factory at Lowestoft.
