I managed to damage my Penrose seat box and needed replacement clips,
so I decided to drop them an e mail to find out if they could help.
Having had limited success getting replies to e mails from other companys I was not holding my breath......BUT KNOCK ME DOWN.....
I had a reply the next morning offering the parts I needed and even the rivets to fix them at no charge.....By the end of the week the
parts had arrived and the box fixed....

Thats what I call sevice.......WELL DONE AND THANKS PENROSE.[:D]
