Admitted at 12:30. Went down to operation theatre at 2:15. Back on ward at 4. On way home at 6.
Scary bit was when I removed bandage last time. Thought they transplanted part of a lady garden on my elbow. To be fair it looked neat. ( seen worse )
Had similar done to left elbow 3 years ago and hopefully this heals the same. As that’s spot on in a way.
Reeling in was ok with left hand after a few weeks but not much strength with a long landing net but I just had to manage. So only caught small fish
Hopefully going to use this day as a milestone in my life.
From tomorrow Going to hopefully start 2 x 2 mile walks a day. Progressing to bike ride when elbow allows
Stop eating rubbish as need to shift 2 stones. Don’t want to die young from my own fault.
Caravan opens April 12th. Be like a Greek God by then .
Praying can get a few days fishing in 2/3 weeks. Only for small stuff as a tester.
Or sit in back garden and go for 2 inch roach with a net.
So that means then you'll become a poor old pensioner like me, helping out the neighbours with odd jobs and watch the cash roll in keep yourself busy. Get well soon mate, there's some more ratty's out there.

Tossing and turning till 2:30. No pain in arm Just my mind working overtime. Pond. Fishing. Gardening. Holidays.Walking Fitness . You name it my mind thinking of it. So sits up. Drink of water. Earplugs in. ( normally instant ) but no. 4:15 Wide awake still. 9 members online. 105 guests.
