Orcheton House help please.

Got a match there this weekend and was wondering if it is fishing anything like it used to. Not been since last summer so dont know what methods are working at the moment. Dont want to spend a fortune on 5 0r 6 pints of maggot or caster if the Barbel are not feeding down the margins. Any info will be much appreciated.

i fished it last sunday straight after the match, talking to a few of the lads, the match was won with around 40 pounds by fishing one of them floats with a feeder underneath dropping maggots onto hooklength. one of lads i were talking to threw 6 pints of casters into margings and didnt get a thing. other people said they werent getting much out of margins either and most of lads seemed to only get around 8 pounds.

it was very hot tho.

Cheers thats a new method ive not heard of working on there. Think i'll start on tip with small method feeder and hair rigged hallibut pellet, then try pellett wag later on.
