Cheers
I believe the new large one opens differently to allow fishing the edge. Thinks I’ll get one after Xmas. £125 seems steep but I suppose 10or20% off in jan will ease the pain.

Only problem with the new one is carrying the bloody thing.
The original fitted neatly in the specially designed side pocket of the Nufish stink bag.
The new one will only fit if you put it in end on - so there'll be a foot or so sticking out the top of the bag.

I suppose if you use a trolley for everything that wouldn't be a problem - I don't so I'm in two minds whether to buy it or not.

The Yorkshire in me is coming out now; that is an awful lot of money for what is, in essence, a box and a side tray. I remember buying second hand cars for less :)

@Dave I feel your pain but to make me feel better I’m waiting until after Xmas and some discount plus Santa might bring me vouchers. I might only need to add a few quid. (Fingers crossed)
@Simon R ,, that has crossed my mind. At the moment I use two Preston trays , one a small one for coffee cup and bits other is the bait tub holder. I like the bait tub holder as they are a good fit and it holds them still. Hopefully this nufish will be solid one the box and I’ll be able to fill my coffee cup to the brim.
If I don’t get enough discount or vouchers I’ve got my eye on the nufish roller, seems massive and you can buy each instead of a pair

Dimensions are on the Nufish website - it's 750x480mm so approximately 6" longer and an inch or so wider than the standard sidetray (600x450mm)

Simon
I have the original one find that a bit big or should i say the hood seems to get in the way some times. I do like it. I was thinking of getting the narrow one for the winter. Half the size but more or less the same price. Looking at the new one they could of maybe made it fold in the middle would of been a lot better for trainspotting.

Yes Simon is right it is much bigger so is the Narrow one its much longer too. I bought the STD one a few weeks ago it works well keeping all there needed together and under cover. easily cleaned. But, wish the single leg support back bracket was detachable for carrying. I have also ordered a made to measure simple cover (envelope -style) to keep trays in which will slip into my old type keep net bag (won't be ready until after xmas) this will keep it secure and protect the rest of the bags stuff, compartments within compartments etc.

Railway platforms are better for trainspotting ;)
