Ninja LT Reel line slips

Have someone same problem with the ninja LT Reel, the line slips around the back of the spool on the 3000 & 4000 and correct amount of line has been loaded

It is not a problem with the reel as the skirted spool design pretty much stops line getting under the spool so I would have to put it down as "operator error"
What is happening is you have far too much slack line around the reel after casting, get into the habit of raising the rod tip slightly to take out the slack before you close the bail arm which should help or trap the line with you finger as the weight/float/lure hits the water which also helps keeping the line under control at all times.

...or feather the line with your finger before the float/bomb/lure/feeder hits the water.
