Well I loved it. I was a big fan of the brilliant Detectorists series, so was looking forward to this. It’s clear from both productions that Crook has a great love of our British countryside and used the global warming message in such a way it didn’t detract from the entertainment of the story. I look forward to tonight’s episode starring Michael Palin.
