New Pole.

HI,
In my local tackle shop [Bristol Angling centre], they are selling a 20, six metre margin pole, does anyone think it will be anty good for roach and skimmers.Or should i wait and save up for a Shakespeare Zeta pole or buy both.

you do not say much about the Margin Pole like What elastic does it take but normally a margin pole it for Carp. If you want something for Roach and Skimmers you sohuld be looking at a whip for short range use.

A 6m margin pole for 20 will almost certainly be GRP/carbon composite & therefore heavy & soft.
Keep hold of your money & use it to buy the best pole you can afford.
