Hi all
Looking for some advice on a new pole.My current pole is the exage ax which is great at 13m but at 14.5 it gets heavy and if a wind gets up, I can cover each peg either side of me easily.
I have 500-700, looking for a light stiff well balanced pole at 14.5m and if it goes to 16m without needing a workout at the gym to hold it all the better. Also a good top kit package and cheap spares.
Been looking at the sr3-sr4 daiwa

If you are looking to buy new, the SR4 or TKS 525 are best at that price point.

If secondhand, you could get a very good condition mid range pole. G8 as stated will take some beating, but if you can find one secondhand a Whisker all terrain should be available for about 700 - Brilliant pole.

the maver invincible is a good pole its 14.5m and only 750 quid for the power lite version, its pretty light even at full length and its extremely strong, especially as its soo light at 14.5m
