Hi Les,
The parents are coming along too, they have a camper so they will be taking that. However i have nothing like that so i will be taking the car and wanting to stay in a lodge or static caravan , recommendations very welcome. Cheers Mal.

mal i'm off there on wednesday for the week i'll do some detective work for you. just to add i'm off to the bordeaux region. if i remember rightly there's a lake complex called mas bas between bordeaux and biarittz. but i will ask on arrival. unfortunately my visit is not fishing.
