moths and moth balls

i seam to have an infestation of small moths in my shed,and they have eaten their way into my store of groundbait bags(crazybait marine and gold,and swimstim).i've emptied the cupboard out and found loads of little grubs on the bags as well.
question is will moth balls kill em off or will it ruin the grounbait with the smell from them,and is it safe to use them in this manner.i don't fancy throwing about 50 quids worth of g/bait away.

The smell from the mothballs will screw your groundbait totally Smarty.
The grubs on the other hand wont harm it at all just use it with them in it. Think of them as feed.
Do you keep peanuts for the birds in your shed or have you left tigernuts in there because there is a little moth type fly that will love that.
If you do then look to the bottom of your container and you will find lots of little boreholes in the nuts and a lot of these tiny maggot type grubs. They have a strange habit of crawling out of the nut, up the wall, across the ceiling and dangling in front of your nose on the end of a silky type thread.
If thats the case mate just chuck them away . The grubs dont do any harm.
