Use co-codamol a lot , I was told to drink at least 4 large glasses of warm water every day and I found that it helped a lot to stop me getting bunged up.

Ask the doc about the shingles vaccine Arry, l know its too late for this bout but may prevent any further flare ups.
For other MDers, you can get it on the NHS if you are 70 and over.

I got shingles about 6 years ago. Still got scars to this day. Very very painful . Anyone know why it only affects 1 side of the body
