Hi folks

Bit of advice about knots before i head out tomorrow.

Just purchased a pack of the Korum Quick Change Beads for using with Prestons Method Mold. (http://www.summerlands-tackle.co.uk/product.php/18239/korum-quick-change-beads-large-version)

What knot should i use to tie my mainline to the quick change bead or any swivel for that matter??

Thanks Blakey

Thanks Cooky.

A great website to see it in slow motion as well.

Out of interest is this the same knot used to tie the connector to elastic on the end of your pole?

a palomar knot is stronger... and easier to tie, I can tie it in under 5 secondsnow

I take your palomar knot and challenge it with a reverse clinch which is stronger again lol

Yes i do and its actually a JOE miller knot. Similar to a tucked half blood but passes throught the hooks eye twice with further wraps round the loop[:T]

it push the feeder and bead part up the line. thentie the swivlel part inside a 4" loop the bead and feeder slide over the loop and you dont need to worry about knot strength
