i want to fish the medway at yalding. can you still park opposite the pub and can you pay on the bank.?

You can park by the pub yes and it's free fishing from the weir up as far as the large oak tree where a sign tells you from there on its club water but even then you can fish. You can buy a day ticket from the bailiff IF he turns up.
