There is no website which has all results, Fisherys have their own results on their websites if they can be bothered to update them, many don't anymore.
Maver match this on maver site, fisho on angling trust site, most private run matches are on the organizers face book page .
A few in the past have talked about collating results to one domain, all have failed miserably.

at one time you just bought the angling times for a list of results

sadly this section of the paper has shrunk over the last few years

Can you imagine the work involved in collating match results from all over the country? How would you determine which results to publish and which to leave out? Opens, club matches, size, venue?

Not a job anyone would want to do without being paid.

Personally I have never really gained anything from reading a bare set of results.

exactly NOTN, never mind the different recording and media types for each of the results and its just a list of weights as not even that many that put peg numbers down etc.

Most commercial venues have facebook venues these days so always best to start there then go out from there either to the main website for the venue or message people who post reguarly on the FB page.

No one would pay for that information to access an app so what's the point, several fishing sites have tried to collate information but this means people running matches and fishery's have to send the details in or post them, people can't be bothered nowadays.
More fishery's are turning to caravans and accommodation nowadays where once the match scene was the money spinner it's people eating and sleeping there which is becoming regular income, noticed where I fish fishery's are not that bothered about their own open matches, preferring club bookings who take care of themselves, so not sure posting results is a priority for them.

Suppose too many small matches about to cover everything.Angling times years ago was all you needed. Now a lot of commercials struggle to get 20 some like Linholme Heronbrook Tunnel Barn get more.Years ago canal matches in the Midlands could get 150+.
