I damaged one of the plastic leg brackets on my MAP dual pole roller at the weekend. Completely user error, not an issue with the product.

Tried repairing it with superglue, it’s ok but fragile, likely to go again

Contacted MAP via Facebook, got directed to a Leeda warranty email address.

Sent an email explaining my predicament, requesting info on how and where I could purchase a replacement bracket.

Within 24 hours got an email with photos of the correct part, requesting my address to send a replacement to

Can’t ask for more than that in my book, well impressed.

Same praise from me for these guys. I heavy handedly broke the leg pin on mine, got in touch and within 48hrs I had an envelope with 4 pins in, again free of charge!! Top customer service.
